Technical Service Specialist (技术服务专员)

Job Description:

-          Run lab studies to analyze incoming samples & evaluate product performance (according to standard testing methods)

-          Finish high-quality lab and product trial reports in both Chinese and English

-          Develop skills to independently design and run experiments based on the

requirements of customer/sales

-          Provide on-site technical support as assigned

-          Provide troubleshooting to customer/sales

-          Maintain lab supplies and equipment

Job Requirements:

-          Bachelor degree in Chemistry or above

-          At least 2 years technical working experience

-          Direct analytical experience on FTIR & ICP, as well as other analytical instruments

-          Good command of written English
